ROULETTE GAMBLING

Roulette is one of the easiest games to understand and is the closest thing to a game of chance that you can get out of all the gambling games. The origins of roulette can be traced back hundreds of years to the mid 17th centure to a very smart frenchman named Blaise pascal but the true form of roulette today came a roulette wheel game that was played in France in the late 18th century, but it wasnt till the 1800's that roulette spread all across the then known civilized world of Europe and America, and by then it had become a staple in the minds and souls in America and europe.

the roulette wheel has 38 (including the 0 and 00) numbers with half of them being red and half of them being black. If you bet the roulette ball will fall on a black number you will win even money, and if you bet the ball will fall on a red number you will also win even money. Other even money bets include betting that the ball will fall on any number from 1 to 18, of if you like bigger numbers you can make an even money bet that the ball will fall on any number from 19 through 36. Also if your making an even money bet on lets say 1 to 18 and you decide to also bet that the ball falls on the first 12 numbers your winnings will be 2 to 1 or a double. These are the highest percentage bets in roulette and most of the sane players will make more of these bets then the other more risky calls.

If you really wanna go for the homerun bet then you can make a call that the roulette ball falls on a particular number which will give you a chance to win 35 to 1 for every chip or dollar bet you place on that particular number. Lets say for instance that you feel that 22 is your lucky number and you place a 100 dollar bet that the roullete ball stops on number 22. If it does than you will have won 3500 dollars on your 100 dollar bet.
The odds of that are much higher then lets say a 1 through 18 bet or a black number bet but you can't win big if you don't take risks.

 Most roulette wheels these days are based on the American roulette wheel design that has the additional double zero number (00), and for good reason. Playing on an American style wheel will give you double the chance to win (5.4%) as compared to the european style wheel which is a measly 2.7%. Smart gamblers rarely pass up better odds.

I would suggest that you should only do your roulette gambling with a portion of the winnings you make from playing the more knowledge based gambling games like blackjack and poker because if you get addicted to playing big in roulette you can lose the shirt off your back in a hurry.
